FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

Questions Mostly Asked By Our Customer

Q1. What payment method is offered?

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.

Q2. What is Pennsylvania tint law?

The Driver’s and front Passenger’s windows must allow at least 70% light. Rear windows can allow up to 15% darkness

Q3. How long does it take to install tint on a car?

The process usually takes 1 to 4 hours, depending on the car’s complexity, cleanliness, and number of windows. We recommend dropping off and picking up the vehicle if possible.

Q4. What should I use to clean my tinted windows?

Warm water and two microfiber towels are recommended. Use one towel for cleaning and the other to dry for a streak-free finish. Avoid window cleaners containing ammonia, as they may affect the color of the window film.

Q5. What should I use to clean my tinted windows?

Warm water and two microfiber towels are recommended. Use one towel for cleaning and the other to dry for a streak-free finish. Avoid window cleaners containing ammonia, as they may affect the color of the window film.

Q6. Why do I see bubbles or patches after installation?

This is normal. Water activates the adhesive and helps position the film for installation. Although we remove most of the water, some remains between the glass and film. As it evaporates, you might see small bubbles or foggy patches, which should disappear within a few days or up to two weeks in colder months. Do not poke or pop these bubbles; they will resolve on their own.

Q7. Is it possible to remove the window tint?

Window tint can be removed anytime, but it’s a tough and messy job. Professionals have the right tools and know-how, so it’s best to reach out to them for help. Attempting it yourself could damage things like rear defrosters.

At Tint IQ 360, we pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of industry trends and technology. Because we don’t just apply film; we understand the tech behind it. In the humid summers and salt-heavy winters of the Philly area, your vehicle takes a beating. We utilize next-gen nano-ceramic films and hydrophobic coatings designed to reject maximum heat, block 99% of UV rays, and maintain that “showroom gloss” regardless of the Schuylkill Expressway traffic or the weather. You can count on us for unparalleled service and results.
